Although Markos Kampanis is a keen user of many traditional techniques and materials and an artist that works a lot from nature and the observation of reality, he feels in the same time at ease with technology and the digital image.
He has been at times experimenting with digital technology: photograph and digital printing but also images created from the digital processing of some of his works or drawings. Some of them were included in the series “365”. He often uses digital variations to create new work but also to enrich his way of observing and focusing on reality.
